The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Spacious room, super comfortable beds, amazing shower, and an overall excellent bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were separate. The food was delicious. I loved everything. If I ever come back to Kanazawa, I will definitely stay here again.

The best hotel we stayed at during our 2½ weeks in Japan, especially considering the price. We had a twin room which was by far the most spacious on the trip, and the deal on offer was very reasonable. Breakfast was good and plentiful with several Western options, and Forza was the only hotel we stayed at with decent bread on offer for breakfast. They even had cheddar cheese. The location is great too. All the sights in Kanazawa are walkable from here, and it's just two bus stops from the station with a stop right outside the hotel's front door. As a bonus, the staff was very helpful. We had forgotten something at our previous hotel in Kyoto, and reception at Forza arranged everything, having it shipped to us so it was there the next day, and everything was done with a big smile. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit to Kanazawa and we chose the Hotel Forza because of it’s location…an easy 8-min walk from the train station; centrally located with many eating and shopping establishments nearby; very close to the Omicho Morning Market and also on the local bus lines. It perfectly filled these requirements! In addition, the hotel was really wonderful and I’d give it a score of 11+ if I could! The staff were helpful and friendly; the room was a perfect size for two people and had a lovely window seat for reclining; the breakfast was an add’l charge but worth every penny and had SO much to choose from. We truly lived our 3-day stay in Kanazawa and much of this was due to the lovely accommodations we returned to each evening! If you’re unsure about where to stay, don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t be disappointed!

Breakfast was tasty with adequate daily changes to the menu to provide some variety. The obasan managing the breakfast crowd was very polite and cheerful even when "tossing out" some guests who had tried to sneak into the breakfast area without tickets. The hotel was located right across from Omicho Market, and centrally located for walks to most of the main sights. Great for clocking those steps. Hotel staff helped us complete the luggage forwarding documents, and even took the extra effort to call up our next hotel to verify our booking. Appreciate having a coffee machine in the lobby to provide free caffeine fix any time of the day.

The hotel furnishings seemed pretty much new and it was very comfortable. The housekeeping was efficient and thorough. The bath and shower were excellent. Breakfast was varied and of great quality. The location, 10 minutes walking, from the train station, was ideal.

I stayed in 16 hotels whilst in Japan and would say this one came out top of that list. The Room was comfy and clean , the view from the window on the 9th floor was great but had a black out blind for the night if needed. Free drinks token for the vending machine or a wine upon arrival. Coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast selection was amazing! I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was great, clean, beds were very comfortable, has air conditioning, a lot of space to unpack a little. We arrived too soon and the staff kindly stored our bags so that we could at least check out the city in the meantime. Breakfast was great, fresh. Staff was very friendly. Room was very quiet! There are washing machines in the second floor, for 100-600 yen you can wash and dry your travel clothes.

We really enjoyed this hotel as our base for Kanazawa. Everything is easily reached from here. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was nice, even if it heated up very quickly. Next time perhaps i would book a larger room however i cannot fault the value for money. The breakfast selection was outstanding and there were so many nice local dishes to try. Thank you for a lovely stay!
